If have friends, family or colleagues who are interested in obtaining mortgage finance for any purpose, refer that person to Meridian Money, and on settlement of their loan, we will deposit $500 into your mortgage account!
By referring just one settled loan each month you can reduce your mortgage by $6000 a year, which means you save interest AND are able to pay off your loan years faster!

So How Much Can You Save?
- For loans from $100,000 – $200,000 the Referrer Fee is $300
For loans from $200,000 +, the Referrer Fee is $500. - To qualify simply ensure your friend listsyou on the application form in our Referred By section, including your full name and preferably your Loan ID number.
- You must be noted as the referrer BEFORE the loan is processed.
